The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has published the new edition of Incoterms 2020, which comes 10 years after the first publication.
It came into force on 1 January 2020 and is available in 29 languages. This update does not contain any significant changes. There are still 11 Incoterms with their classification between "any mode of transport" (multimodal) and "maritime". The aim of this latest version is to adapt and clarify the current rules to new technical and commercial developments in order to improve their use and understanding among users.
